Terms & Conditions

30% of total booking amount shall be paid at time of booking as deposit to secure time / date.
All remaining balances to be clear in cash before appointment starts.
If client cancels the appointment or changes the date - the advance payment/deposit is non refundable.
Advance can be adjusted to another booking dependent upon availability.
All deposits are non-refundable. However due to Covid restrictions, if the event gets postponed or you are unable to attend, your deposit will be transferable to new dates for up-to 2 years.
Once you pay the deposit Zara will send you the acknowledgment of your payment and confirmation note.
Travel Charges such as Fuel cost, Parking charges, toll charges, congestion charges, Ulez charges , will apply to bookings and will need to be paid by client/customer.
If Zara unable to attend appointment due to events such as hazardous weather conditions, car breakdown, extreme traffic jams, accident, injury, illness, family bereavement or death, she will try to provide an alternative makeup artist from her team. If the alternative makeup artist is not available or not acceptable to the client, then deposit of that booking will be refunded within a week.
If client cancels booking on the day of the intended makeup /hair appointment, full payment is due and should be paid to Zara.
Be punctual. If client will come late Zara will not be responsible for any Inconvenience.
Kids are not allowed in the Zara Studio.
Edibles are not allowed in the Zara studio.
Zara need a well lit area if she is coming to you.
